 Post subject: reconnoitre scenario question

If in a reconnoitre scenario I have an army of 4 models. One model exits through the table while the other 3 die, does this means the I have reduced my army to the 25%, therefore the game ends?

Yes. 75% of your force is dead, the game will end at the end of the turn.
