Hello,

Quick question, how does the 50% break point interact with the goblin scribe when he brings in new models. Are you just meant to recalculate a new Break Point keep track of how many die? Not real sure how that is meant to work.

Thanks;
Mike

Hi,
If i remember correctly it stays the same.

For example. If you have 60 goblins at the start of the game, your breaking point is 30. Regardless of how many goblins the scribe summons your breaking point stays 30, so when you sufferd 31 casualties you are broken.

Indeed, your break point and the moment your force is considered broken depend on two factors: the number of figures in your army at the start of the game, and the number of casualties you have suffered. The Goblin Scribe does not alter the figures you start with, and increasing the amount during a game doesn't alter the break point. It's worth noting that the newly summoned goblins will count as casualties as normal, meaning you can be broken while having more than half your starting number on the table (indeed, you could have more than your actual starting number if the scribe's been busy).

Ok great, thanks for the explanations. For some reason I was thinking it was based on how many guys are left on the table, not how many have died. This clears it up.

Thanks;
Mike
