Is Boromir's "Horn of Gondor" a war horn granting +1 courage bonus? My guess is no, because this is not explicitly stated, but wanted to check if anyone thinks differently? |

Usually for any other item the description would say this is a “shield” for example and then tell you the special rules, so I’d say even though it’s a bit odd Manadar is correct, it’s not, also too op if it was |
