So here is a collection of house rules that I will add to now and again. The first profile is to make the unarmoured model of Celeborn more viable in games, feel free to let me know your thoughts.

Celeborn - 100 Points
Elf, Lorien, Infantry, Hero of Valour

Mv 6" F 6/3+ S4 D4 A2 W3 C7 3M 3W 3F

Wargear
Elven-made Dagger

Options
Resplendent for War - 50 Points
Arm Celeborn with Heavy Armour, Shield and Elven-made hand-and-a-half sword. Furthermore Celeborn gains an additional attack and the Lord of the West special rule.

Heroic Actions
Heroic Chanelling
Heroic Strike
Heroic Defence

Special Rules
Terror, Woodland Creature

Lord of Lorien (Active) - Celeborn's Stand Fast! is 12" rather than 6".

Magical Powers
Aura of Command - 2+
Enchanted Blades - 6" - 3+
Imobilise - 12" - 3+

Looks good to me.. Is it a coincidence that Celeborn is also your painting challenge entrant this month?!

Edit: Oops re-reading your painting challenge post now I see that was your plan all along.

Still a great idea to buff him up to get some use out of this version of him

Thank you very much. Good spot, yes I thought it was a shame that such a lovely model is never seen on the tabletop.

Years ago I made a conversion for a Goblin Town archer when AUJ film was released. After finding him in the cupboard I remember it quite fondly so will resolve finish painting him! Here is a ruleset I made to go along with it, I thought it was only right that Goblins would make terrible archers however!

Goblin Town Archer - 5 Points
Goblin, Goblin Town, Infantry

Mv 5" F 2/5+ S3 D3 A1 W1 C2

Wargear
Dagger, Goblin Short Bow (12" Range, S2)

Special Rules
Kings Finest - Goblin Town archers must re-roll rolls of 1 when wounding Friendly models.

Glad you like it! I have added another profile for a model which I think should have its own rules:

The Tiny Goblin Captain - 60 Points
Goblin, Goblin Town, Infantry, Minor Hero

Mv 5" F 3/5+ S3 D3 A2 W2 C3 1M 3W 1F

Wargear
Pick

Special Rules
Nuisance - Once per turn at the beginning of the Fight Phase, The Tiny Goblin Captain may elect to spend a Will point to reduce the Fight Value of an enemy model in the same duel by D3.

Diminutive Stature - This model benefits from the Stalk Unseen special rule.

Haha, nice! I like the self made profiles. The tiny goblin captain is quite strong, i think, because fight value reduction could hurd a lot if timed right. But it makes sense.
And I like the new goblin short bow. Goblin town needs some archers. Not sure if I would field those, but it gives them at least an option.
