Either tone him done or up the point cost. Have to agree. Wandering Dunedain... he's not too expensive, he needs to be upped considerably or lose the Elven cloak and elven blade. |

Also true. IF you make such a hero , you could always use a background from the books , like Angamaitë & Sangahyando or Castamir etc. |

I used the lotr point calculater here is the link http://membres.lycos.fr/l01c/lotrcostcalc.html also the Dark marshall is a ringwraith. Also the MOuth of Sauron is really bad. Sorry to all you MOS fans out there. I would like a few more responses. Then i will look at the poll and comments and will change his profile to make people happy |

Not Dark Marshal But Black Numenorean Marshal He is Bns leader... and yours is too overpowered... Whell i´m abig f MoS but i agree he is nothing remarkable...But the Mini itself is great and still i use him sometimes as he come sin handy when used with the Ringwraiths... |

In truth your so called "commander" is even better than Shagrat ... He might even be equal to Aragorn... So get the Voice of command and the elven cloack lost... Also lower his fight valvu and A / Ws. M/W/F And make up some of your own special rules for him to stand out... |

Daerak 140 points F/S St D A W C M W F 6/- 4 6 3 2 5 3 1 2 Wargear Ghul Marzad (elf blade) see main rule manule for details Special Rules Terror: see main rules manule First of Our Kin: Daerak was the first black numenorean to serve the dark lord. as such he has been granted high status among saurons horde. When a courage test is failed within 6 inches of daerak he may kill that model. Therefore all models within 6 inches may reroll a failed courage test. |

automatic kills for a failed courage test...higher fight value than an elf....all models within 6" may reroll why? does he not have a standfast? RETHINK HIM. |

RETHINK HIM. I think he means... if a friendly model within 6" fails a courage test, you may remove this model as a casualty, which grants all other friendly models within 6" of the BNM the ability to re-roll failed courage tests this turn. I think. |

yes but heros take courage tests first so, so long as this commander passes his skill is useless...but thanks that makes a bit more sense. - a failed courage test practically kills a unit anyway...plus if he fails his standfast hes gone so his skill is useless |

Unless he means all models within 6" of the model removed, get a re-roll, but like you say, a model won't fail a courage roll, because it is within 6" anyway... Back to the drawing board methinks. |

god i fail. How bout this. If a model within 6" of Dearak is defeated in combat by a weaker foe (go by points cost) This grants a +1 to all fight rolls for all evil models engaged in combat for the rest of the turn. eg Dearak is fighting along side 10 black numenoreans and a wargrider (all within 6 inches of him) the warg rider is beaten and daerak kills him. all the black numenoreans gain +1 to their fight rolls. sorry about all the confusion |
