I made this poll to find out who people think is the best of Boromir OTWT or King Ellessar (thats about it ) I personally think Boromir w/ banner, shield and with a large group of OV (who gets fv5) is a way better leader, but then its Ellessars awesome killing power Sooo, what do ya think |

Heh , yup again , but ah well i give my vore totally to Aragorn Ulimited heroic moves and Fights and woundin anything on a 4+ ? emm that is totally out of question in my opinion , though I do like Boromir too, But as he doesnät fit into my theme then I totally like Aragorn more, (side note) And Boromir is better for smaller Skrimish games but Aragorn is more Durable for Larger and Long lasting games... |

But he death scene was sooo cool. That makes him way better than Aragorn the Dunadan slacker. |

Neither. There are better options in heroes out there and for less points. If you really wanted one of them then take the affordable Boromir of Gondor. If you are concerned about which one is the most powerful when all decked out then that will, naturally, be Aragorn the King. Of course I dislike both characters. |

Get 5-8 uruk x-bows, kill Boromir and tell your opponent that he need some experience in the game Excuse me, Search function much? And I'm sure that will make you popular... 'Nyah hah, I killed your hero. You suck at this game. You need more experience.' |

Hmmm, I get the impression that you wouldn't be the only one thinking 'I don't want to play this guy again. Ever...' |

The guys who crow over a win are the same ones who cry like babies when they lose. A friendly game where the players respect each other will leave a more lasting impression in your mind than a simple two hour win. |

Boromir of Gondor + Elven Cloak. Sorry Crossbows, guess you'll have to try your luck beating me in combat. If your opponent doesn't field Nazgul, Boromir of Gondor will rarely let you down if you can protect him from the initial bowfire (Which isn't hard to do, even without the cloak). I'm siding with gaarew. No need to be a git because they're fielding something you think is useless. |

Problem is that it doesn't work thematically outside of the Fellowship. Boromir was never in Gondor while he had the cloak, so it would really have to be a "What if?" thing- what if Boromir didn't die and he had returned to Gondor? Otherwise, it's kinda iffy. Still, you can hide him behind a line or two of soldiers as you approach to avoid bowfire. |

General Haar is absolutely right but even without the cloak it is not too difficult to shield Boromir of Gondor from bow fire (not any more difficult than most other heroes). |
