I know it's really basic but
Can my Riders of Rohan shoot then gain all the bonuses for charging (assuming they have enough move distance left)? I only have the MoM rulebook, and can't find it there.

Well no, you shoot in the shoot phase, which follows the move phase, so of course they cannot move after the only phase in which you can move. |

Unless you mean throwing spears during the charge? In which case, you move to an inch away, throw a spear and, if you don't kill them, complete the charge and fight combat as normal - charge bonuses included. |
