I have no suggestions to make; it seems like a balanced profile, but maybe the strength upgrade should cost 2 points.

No it should be one. That's the base point cost for a point of strength on a model.

So an Eastfold Greenshield is basically a mounted Helmingas?

Well, I suppose why not

Nice profile 8)

well there would be some alternatives but not sure...

only riders of rohan or on foot or both?

Or would give em:
+1 shooting or
+1S or
+1A or
+ 1 courage?
or allow em somehow use spears?

i think having cavalry at str 4 with 15 points (13+your 2 pt cost) is pretty much overpowered :(

maybe increase their mounts move?
shoot value
OR having their throwing weps to +1 str, that would be nice and balanced :D

@halaus: Warg riders are str 4 cavalry that cost 13pts, the greenshields won't be op.

I like the profile alot, it works as it is. The only thing i would do is cut the pts cost down to 70.

that master tactician looks like a very powerful rule.
a banner within 6" for as good as no points is incredibly useful for rohan, as they have got no spears.
So I think the model is underpriced because of that rule.
for the rest, it sounds nice!
strength upgrade for 2 points is good I think.

He's the same cost as Eomer fully kitted, but much more effective, so he probably needs to be another 10 points at least, but the rules are good, and the 2 points for the S upgrade seems reasonable.

This is really good! Distinctive but not over-the-top. I'd defenitly use him if I played Rohan.

Awesome profile!
Compared him to Grimbold/Erkenbrand/Imrahil and I'd say he is correctly priced.

Seems like it would be fun to play themed battles with him.
