We needed more orcs wih spears for a 500 point army. This is what my dad's been working on, so we don't have many the same - head swaps, as well as arm swap on some of them (the two handed axe-man needed head and two arms from the archers), and a converted banner bearer...

Four of the donor bodies came from General Elessar, many thanks! :-D

Very nice Orcs. May I ask why use the Captain to make a Banner Bearer, are you palnning on making your own Captain conversion, that would be cool.

The orcs are just cannon fodder... we have Uruk Hai frontline, so an orc banner bearer is less points and he has more potential replacements if he get picked off. And he was only £1.50 on ebay. We have lurtz as a captain, plus other uruk hai if we need them.
