Took almost 3 days to do, but I'm very happy how it came along. I tried to give him eyes but they looked derpy so I just redid it with a wash after rebasecoating. I cheated on the banner and cloth trimming lines with a fine detailing-painting pen.

Also had trouble painting the horse because I primed the horse after gluing him to the base and adding sand but i had to detach the horse to paint the blue cloth better as well as his legs. That was not fun. His attachment leg lug is bent but I don't think its visible so it's all good

I do want to know, how do you add fine dark lines to spears to give them a wooden look? I tried to do it but it just looks terrible and streaky

Very, very well done! As it is, the Fiefdoms have been one of my armies for quite some time and I have quite a few of the metal knights of Dol Amroth. Yours, I must say, is quite excellently done! And I may indeed be interested in acquiring some of them- depends on what you want for them. :) But still, very, very good work!

looks good my friend. Woodgrain is painted on freehand in long thin lines. Practice - the more you do the better it gets :) Well done!

Where can I buy such a pen? Is it as miraculous as it sounds? I like the horse's caparison.

No such thing as cheating IMHO when it comes to painting, just different techniques!
Good paint job.
