Very impressive army of well painted miniatures :yay: Kind of depressing actually looking at them and realizing I'll never have that many figures :)

I love the Easterlings. Definitely will have to use spare drum parts from my Kataphract kits to convert some drummers on foot as well. Thanks for the inspiration!

It's a really easy conversion to do as well, those extra command bits with the cavalry really do come in useful.

When I first started this I thought I'd never get to the end of this and yet here we are, never give up and one day you could control enough men to take on the Valor themselves ;)

Great stuff. Not an army I'd have an interest in really, but you've made them very appealing. Pat yourself on the back

Fantastic armies! The Easterling one is my favorite, I hope to have an army like yours someday. Good job :yay:

Not the GW game, we use a tweaked version of the Kings Of War rules by Mantic to play. Actually got a game in over the weekend and took some snaps so I'll upload them soon.

Here are a few snaps from the battle, unfortunately the Orcs fought off my Easterlings due to tactics and my (as usual) abysmal dice rolling.

It's worth a look and the basic rules are free from Mantic site along with the army lists (the hardback rule book has more background, magic items and advanced rules added in):

Here is the list I have been working on for my armies, the only things I have tweaked are the Black Numenoreans and the wraiths etc where as the Orcs are generally ok using the army list as is.

Ah Crucium, I envy you - lots of well-painted troops, a neat adaptation of a very fast-playing no-nonsense ruleset... and you still haunt Deadzone, all at the same time.
(I suspect he is actually a set of clones, folks)

I am everywhere all the time :sauron:

Just a quick note, I'll be tweaking the army list further once the Basilean army list has been nailed down as I'll be using twisted versions of some of the units for the Black Numenoreans and Morgul Knights.

That's why they work for Sauron now. Great armies by the way.

It's been a while since that last update as we've been working on other projects however Amy finished up her Elves and I've just gotten round to getting some snaps of them, so without further ado:
