:) You seem a good enough painter to me.

I'm not amazing (like Tidoco for example) but I do enjoy it because it's relaxing. As long as they look good enough for the gaming table, I don't mind.

Your Thranduil looks fine. Neatly done.

For the other figures, set your camera to macro and try to get in a bit closer. Then we'll be able to see better. There are plenty of members who will be able to give you easy to follow guidance on how to improve your painting - but most improvements just come with time and practice.

You are right, though. Do it because you enjoy it.

These look very good for gaming with, Natarn has been kind with the compliment but I paint to display and not to game, there is a very big difference between the two, I would like to see the images a little larger and maybe a pic of the archers singularly.
I usually make my images around 450 pixels and try and keep the cropping fairly close to the mini to make it a decent size so that people can see it clearly.
You have done some good work there keep it up.

Looks good 8)

Keep at it!, your fine detail is very good (such as the gold trim on thranduils vambraces)

One trick I use for fases is using a darker flesh colour and then paint the raised areas with a lighter one, thus you get a good shadow effect with only 2 coats!, it looks great on the battle field and with your steady hand I can see it working very well :D

I am trying to learn fading myself, I'm getting some good practice with all my rangers and their robes, yours is coming on nicely too juging by the capes on those elves 8)

Hello Guys!

It have been a while since my last update!
Sorry for that!
The reason to the slow updating is:

1. My computer is acting very strange! Doesnt work at all some times.
2. My camera is out of batteries.
3. I'm lazy :-D

I must change that now!

Next update comes this weekend ( I hope)

May the Force be with yoy!
