Below is the huge block of models that I have just assembled and based. They will be my Christmas leave lot to work on. I highly doubt I'll get them all finished, but the local GW is running a 1250pt army over 10 weeks, each fortnight add an extra 250 pts, so at least some of them will get done, mostly the good forces though.

I seriously wish you good luck. There is alot there and i know its tedious. Least goblins are quick and easy to paint. Is that a shelob model? GW are funny with non GW models. :)

Nah, that's a watcher without tentacles. I tend to paint some of the bigger models in parts as its a bit easier.

I've already got 36 goblins painted and another 36 on that pile. They are really easy for batch painting. Plus all you need to do to make them look great is do a good job on the basing, that's the benefit of horde armies.

I still need to decide on a colour scheme for the wood elves and the grey company.

Good luck with the painting and the army. All this painting talk is making me feel a bit guilty..
