Hi Guys,

As of October last year I have started painting, collecting and now playing "Flames of War" Vietnam. I have enjoyed it enormously, and guns and blast markers have made a welcome come back into my life!

Here are a few images:

They (Battle Front) sold out last year! However there are works in progress at the moment that are awaiting final details when I have purchased an air brush.

They look good. I have thought about buying some those. How much a viable army would cost?

Hi Morbag_the_Orc,

An American rifle minimal game legal Rifle Company with two platoons and a command will cost you £28.00. and will give you enough to play with. However £100 would give you quite a nice sized army with a lot to play with.

The communist forces will work out more expensive as they are somewhat of a horde army and £48.00 will buy you an "Infantry Battalion HG" and "Infantry Company" boxed sets that will allow you to field a legal army + various extras.

If your interested in WWII, £50 will buy you the "Open Fire" boxed set with two complete armies, dice, counters, card board scenery and a rule books and army list supplement!

Cheers J,

I would be most happy to do that! Tolkien will always be my first love and flames of war is very much the bit on the side!
