dark angels green and loads of water - wash areas you want to add the effect too. |

Brown and green ink washes. Or, water down your preferable green colour and wash it over - like what DMS said. |

Try using some fine earth blend mixed with a Matt medium (vallego) and apply that, it will create some texture to the moss effect. |
