Well done to all the nominees in the various catagories. Thank you to all the members of the One Ring community for making the forum the fantastic place that it is. A big Thank you to Dagorlad for providing us with our own little corner of the internet.

So the voting for this years Best of awards has reached its conclusion now and the winners are as follows.

*Most Helpful member poll was incredibly tight and was just in the dying seconds taken by Whafrog. As Whafrog and Dr Grant had already won a set of dice in different catagories between them they have opted to abdicate on their tied result and make SouthernDunedain the One Rings Most helpful Member. Congratulations SD - you've earned this buddy!
Very gracious of you Dr Grant and Whafrog - hats off to you two guys.

As you may see around the boards the winners names have turned purple and each will receive a set of 8 Special edition purple One Ring Dice.

This is absolutely amazing! Thanks so much to everyone who nominated and voted for me, it's really satisfying knowing that the tiny contribution I make to this AMAZING forum is appreciated. As I've said elsewhere, I love the debate, discussion and inspiration that this forum generates and it's so cool to know that the time I spend writing all those loooooong tournament reports is worth it. Of course now there's an awful lot of pressure to ensure that everything I post is 'High Quality' talk about setting yourself up for a fall! :shock:

Massive congrats to all the other winners and nominees too, all very worthy and it's just a shame that more more people couldn't be recognised. Cheers to Dags, the Ringwraiths and everyone else who helps make this forum the amazing place it is - it really is very much appreciated!

I voted for BilboOfTheWhiteTower early on. It would have been hard to decide between Whafrog and Dr Grant. Congratulations to you both. It is a great pleasure to be part of this community. 8)

As for Whafrog, he lives in Canada, it's terribly unlikely that you'll meet up, I think it's for the best if you get me both pints and I'll message him and describe the experience! 8)

No problem SD, glad it could work out. I've got a cousin on the Isle of Wight, from a Canadian perspective anywhere else in the UK is a stone's throw away. So perhaps a game and a pint aren't completely out of the picture :)

I would like to donate half my dice to Jamie (The_newbie) as it wouldn't be right (as much as I have bantered it so) if people have voted for me for the channel batreps, which of course, has been a joint project!

I might carry him on the channel :lol: work harder, film and edit better and produce more content, but any marriage is about team work, and this award belongs almost as much to him as it does to me :yay:
