| Post subject: | Is username changes possible? |
Hi I just wanted to knew since I'm regretting a bit my username, since I got an idea to a nicer one now. And I heard someone speak of 'having changed name' on the site, but since it is not an option in the User Control Panel, is it possible at all?  Or is it just something only mods can do? Btw, this site is truly AWESOME!

yes, ask an administrator as I've changed my name before. Just pop them a mail, or go onto the One-Ring chat room as Mac or Lotrcrown are normally around. |

If I've understood your question right, then I was thinking of changing name to Elessar Telcontar. It's not that brilliant, I know, but very short time after registering to OR, I re-red the books and just became possessed by Aragorn and his 'ruling name'. He's so cool

Hi! Sorry for using your thread, but I don't wan't to start an new one. If somebody of the administrators reads this: Is it possible to change my Nick from Der schwarze Tod to Blackdeath? This is an english speaking forum but my nick is the same, I uses in german forums! Thanks Thomas |
