Whenever I try to click on the Tomes of Wisdom, it just reloads the page. Have they been taken down or something?

ΤoW was the cheesy part of this site. THey even kept em up to date. I am sure they will fix em soon. If they want help from our community to remake em I am sure many will help. But I am sure about the back ups..

is there any other place where I can find Info about the tactics? I am new in the game and I would like to learn how to set up my armies in the battlefield

I believe so yeah, when the website crashed earlier this year a lot of the features were disabled to try and find the cause of the crash. I am pretty sure they will come back eventually when Dags finds time to sort it out.

That's good. I do remember returning after a hiatus and finding the website down. I do hope soon though, as I am getting into the hobby aspect a lot more, paired with my tactical growth.

There is a headline on the topics named "beginners". If you make specific questions there people will help you for sure. Generally help you can find all around the net, search for topics with the warband rules.

What was cheesy about the article database? The Tomes were a valuable library of painting guides, sculpting tutorials and terrain building guides to name but a few. A collective source of inspirational articles built up over a 10 year span.

The important thing to get up was the boards. Then came the galleries. hopefully the Tomes should not be too much longer.
