It basically makes archery actually effective against the uruks with their high defensive value.

I had a glance at the Gondor Battlehosts, the three top ones that captured my attention (for theme and abilities) were: Swanhost of Dol Amroth, The Fiefdoms of Gondor, and The Return of the King.

The others seems alright, but these ones are the best in my eyes. Though they all are quite expensive points wise...and models too I guess....

I totally agree with Fiefdoms of Gondor being real good.
But alas, at this point in time, starting a new WOTR Battlehost is irresponsible.
