Well I have a horde of Easterling Archers, swordsman, a good amount of pikemen, Khamul, the Lord of Blades, 2 Dragon Knights, Banners, Captains,...

The question now is... how to expand while maintaining a fluffy edge?

I was thinking of perhaps adding a Troll or trolls to them. Color the armor golden and the rags crimson to tune them into the Easterlings.

Or perhaps Half-Trolls?

If so how many Trolls/half-trolls and of what type would be adviseable in say 1500pts games?

Perhaps a Siege engine?

Is there another Nazgul that would suit a Rhunish force fluffily?

I rather like the Mouth of Sauron. Is he decent? As he'd make a nice model to field as a special Easterling hero given the right colorscheme.

The MoS is sort of a Nazgul-light. A few less points, one less Mastery. I use him in my evil army along with one Nazgul and he works well. From a pure maximized-list perspective he's probably not worth the points since just a little more gets you a Nazgul but I just am not keen on what GW did with Nazgul in WotR so I don't like packing in several of them. Personal taste only. As the MoS likely traveled far and wide bringing the commands of the Dark Lord I think he can be in most any Evil army aligned with Mordor.

As for expanding are you really looking to keep it focused on forces in their region of ME, or are these Easterlings that have traveled far to answer the call of Mordor and fight in his army there?

I'd like to keep fixed on Easterlings. Complemented with units/heroes that are likely to be leading their army, in it or could count as a proxy of something they had or would've had.

Have you considered grabbing MoS and some black numenoreans and painting those in easterling colours? They would certainly look the part, I'm sure.

Yes I did. But I already have 10+ Kataphrakts. I doubt i'll need much more cavalry. The Nazgul that defends against fire appeals to me greatly though for large games. My regular opponent is going to play Wood Elves. On the other hand i'm not feeling that well finetuning a list to face him so a more general Nazgul effect may be better. (besides Khamul)
