I'll (probably) be using Gondor. I'm still wondering whether I should take Boromir though...

boromir sounds a good strong hero choice, and the gondor warriors have insane defence for 25 pts

its 600 points
no more than mastery lvl 3 total for the army
thats roughly it for rules

scenarios are the 3 in the WOTR rulebook and random deployment each game.

ye i know we were told it was 800 but maybe they have changed their mind? or it was a misprint.

most of the GWs have it now i presume as i found the booklet lying on top of the terrain under the tables at my local one. It looks the same as the old one except the a a great big bubble on the front with 'New Edition' written in it.

600pts? Ok, so Boromir is definetly a no-no. Are there any restrictions on allies?

as far as i can remember (and i only looked at the book for about 5 min before going back to my game) the only restrictions are the normal ones (must have a leader, no more rare than common formations, no more rare then common companies) and you have a maximum limit of mastery 3. I might be going down to GW soon so i'll check it up when i can.
