Nicely painted face Valpas.

Here are some more WIP of my Legolas:

The first was taken a couple of days prior to the latter two, hence the smoother facial highlights on the last photo. After spending a considerable amount of time with the model, I have to say that I am not a fan of the pose.

Wow, those patterns on Legolas's clothing are really good-looking.

Here is my completed entry; excuse me, but those were the best pictures I could take at that time of day.

Here is my entry, I just picked up the hobby again, so enough to improve, but it was fun to paint again. I added a shield and tried to give him a proper fitting camauflage cloak, without making him look like a modern or ww2 soldier.. :x

for you to decide :)

Obviously I'm five days late to the party on this one but thought I'd post my completed pics just for interest. Really happy with how they all turned out, lovely models and great fun to paint.

If I had finished them in time I probably would've entered the one below into the competition, I was painting them as warriors rather than painting competition standard/Hero models but I think she came out the best, really happy with her face. Sorry about the blurry pic, it looked OK on my phone!

More pics available in my WIP thread

Well done all, some great entries as usual

Very good! I'm painting the same models myself right now and I like them a lot too. Full of interesting details and you have done justice to the great sculpts.
