Ah, I was eagerly waiting for your version of Longshanks Bob! I'm a bit surprised you made him appear quite well with the Braveheart version of Edward, but that doesn't bother me anyway :)

Great sculpt, good proportions, lots of details, dynamic model without looking like a monkey,... Great stuff!

Very nice! Lots of attitude on his expression and posture.

I could imagine using this model in Middle-earth as a king of Rohan and he also somehow reminds me of Robert Baratheon from George R.R. Martin's Song of Fire and Ice series.

Thats how an armoured knight of the time looked. The armour actually is nothing like that shown in the movie.

Wonderful sculpting - it does look like whassisname that played the part in Braveheart but that is just a bonus really. Is he noticeably taller than other minis? (as in Longshanks being about 6 foot 4 inches as verified by the bones in the casket whereas the average male of that time was about 5 foot five inches).

Splendid work you did there, Ebob. Is there a whole theme on your site about Edward etc? I never got the chance to look on your site  .

Would be a huge oversight if he wasn't, he's not called Longshanks for nothing. He is 30mm (to eye).

Another very nice miniature, Ebob. You are a true master with the greenstuff and sculpting tool.

wow! all the fine and correct details you've managed to sculpt. and keeping everything in balance (enough decoration/details without cluttering the mini, elegance of a king without exaggeration, well equipped but still being able to move/run quickly, great face (concentration, wisdom), yep, simply superb again!

Huge oversight

So I am not the only punster here then? Just checking, just checking. He could also serve as a King of Men...
