Wargear:
A Numenorian Knight wears heavy armour and carries a sword (hand weapon) and a shield. At an additional cost he may have the following:

Armoured Horse 9pts.
Lance 1pt.
Banner 35pts.

Special Rules:
Noble: A Numenorian Knight may use the Stand Fast! rule even though they are not a hero.

It's here

It says he can have a horse. It doesn't say anywhere that he only causes terror when charging if he's mounted.

That's the point. It doesn't say it.

Is it my fault that General Elessar didn't read it properly?

No, I read it properly. You just didn't edit it "properly".

And no-one's forcing huttlord to read this argument if he's tired of doing so... :P

Well it's slightly deceiving when it says that there is a new post in a thread and I click it expecting to see something of value and what I find is random argument or comments.

Mi tambien. I really like these guys you've made up. The Elendil guard are pretty hard, as well as the knights. I think you did a good job with the points cost as well.

Thnx @ huttlord. Though I'm still not sure if that rule for the Numenorian knights would make them over-powered especially as they will be fighting against yikes-I-just-wet-myself-20-times-over orcs.

That is a pretty powerful rule. I do think they should get special rule though, I hate elite units without special rules. If you want to stick with the standfast rule, maybe make only certain troop types benefit it.
