In Valinor

1. Finwë, first High King
2. Fëanor, first son of Finwë
3. Fingolfin, second son of Finwë
4. Finarfin, third son of Finwë

In Middle-earth:

1. Fingolfin
2. Fingon, first son of Fingolfin
3. Turgon, second son of Fingolfin.
4. Gil-galad, son of Orodreth

8 High kings if you mean all of ´em

Nicely copy/pasted from wikipedia QB :P :P :P

Funny though, that's not the answer I had and I just looked up more and found a third answer too, maybe not the best question
I'll wait for another reply.

Yeah, cause I thought it was 6 High kings
1-Finwe (or what ever he's called)
2-Feanor (I think)
3-Fingoflin (if that is how it's spelled)
4-Fingon
5-Turgon
6-Gil Galad

EDIT: I looked on Encyclopedia of Arda and it agreed with my answer.

Well actually I had seven; Finwe, Feanor, Maedhros, Fingolfin, Fingon, Turgon, and Gil-Galad but as I said when I looked into it more Maedhros was entitled to be High king but relinquished the position to Fingolfin so I guess DoM's correct. Your turn Cal 8)

Yay, my turn. Time to think of a question....

...quite an easy one: name at least 5 aliases of Gandalf the Grey (other than Gandalf).
