My son took the Harad list you guys helped me with...and his mounted Suladan tromped my Galadhrim. Here is a revised try:

The tournement also has Contest of Champions, hence the pike and Royal Guards. Strategy welcome. Prize can only be dug up at the end of the fight phase, which spoiled my snatch and run plans.

As for advice i woudl just tell you to get them more organised...
Maybe remove the ranger of the north...em what do you mean all riders of rohan can shoot...

The Ranger of the North is to give some Might to the cavalry: I may need a Heroic Move to quickly get in or out.
Riders of Rohan: all come equipped with bow...but my LOME Armybuilder distinguishes between "Rider of Rohan" and "Rider of Rohan (able to shoot)", presumably for the bow limit.
The list is organized by army...do you mean list them by use?

Cavalry: 3 Knights, 4 Rohan, 1 mounted RotN
Haldir's Bodyguard: 1 Pike, 3 Spear, and 2 Royal Guards on either side.
Bow Unit: 10 elves and an Outrider on foot.
Infantry: 13 Galadhrim with mixed Shield & Spear

38 units, 4 might, 15 bow shots, 500 points

Interesting hodgepodge

IMHO Rumil is a better hero than Haldir, especially for CoC, he also costs a lot less. I'm not sure the GKnights are that useful for their points. They are speedy though, so for getting to the prize first they might be worth it. Maybe 2 is enough...? If you want to shave points, changing your Galadhrim with spear and the ones with bow to Wood Elves can let you squeeze a couple more models in.

Instead of a Ranger of the North + Outrider to get might and ally Rohan, consider Eowyn to lead the cavalry. She has more might and is probably more effective overall. Also, given all the high courage elves you have, not sure the RRG are that useful...if you need to charge a Terror model, get an elf to do it. Their points are better spent on RoR. Maybe swapping the whole Rohan contingent for Eowyn + 6 RoR (2 can shoot, 2 with throwing spears) would work better. If you saved points swapping to Rumil and converting to WE above you should have enough points.

Eowyn, yes! That simplifies things, and nicely sidesteps the "No Grey Company" rule for this tournement. (I was hoping not to beg...)
I'll miss Haldir's second shot...if I can even find a Rumil and paint him by Saturday. But yes: better fighter. Worth the try.
Royal Rohan Guards I wanted for thier D6 vs Galadhrim D5, at the same 10 pt price against enemy Heroic Combats on my hero--though S4 heros hit the same against D5 and D6..but 'pass all courage' is a nice bonus (and I have them painted & ready). Their lower Fight Value wouldn't make a difference in multiple fights... Easy to dump, though, if there are other factors?
I trimmed Galadhrim Knights down to 2...but that feels risky, all alone, out ahead of everybody...

A slightly left field suggestion but what about trying a pure Lothlorien army.

How about:
Haldir w armour and bow
8 Galadhrim w spear and shield
8 WE w spear
13 WE w bow
4 Guards of the Galadhrim Court
3 Galadhrim Knights w shield
3 Galadhrim Knights

40 Models. 500 Points. 13(+2) shots. 3 Might.

That way you have 6 ultra speedy cavalry, which can overshoot the prize and slow the enemy down while your foot troops advance and claim it. Having all your archers on foot with the same bow means a good valley fire while advancing and a potent threat when in range. Haldir should be able to collect a few kills at range in contest while having 4 fight 6 Guards in your lines will provide a threat to most evil heroes. If needs be Haldir can then get stuck in with support to get some more kills.

I like this list; my difficulty is getting Might for the cavalry, hence the contorted alliance hodgepodge. I just tried a mounted High Elf captain, and cut Rohan.

New reality: I can't get Rumil before Saturday, and my friends have no Wood Elves to lend me before then...(spent the morning on EBay shopping for some). For now, I need to do this with only Lothlorian/Rivendale/Rohan. So: with the High Elf Captain, my numbers drop drastically. Leaning back toward Eowyn & crew. What do you think? Any other possibilities?

With no WE or Rumil, here is the Eowyn/Rohan option to compare with Mounted High Elf Capt option. Comes down to 4 units difference (two of which are mounted).

Which will it be? I like the cleanliness and sturdiness of Mounted Elf Capt. list with it's 5 Knights, but 32 units seems to dip so low in numbers. Opinions?

Tough call since aesthetically I prefer your all-elf list. Normally 32 is very low, so you'd have to be very canny, and ideally charging in with your captain + knights when your enemy is about to break, spending might on heroic combat to ensure it. But for Seize the Prize it might be perfect: barring flying monsters, you should be able to get there first and put up a pretty tough fight while the rest scamper away with the prize.

One other possibility is taking just a Rohan hero (like Eowyn) and all the rest elves. She's not as tough, but she has the same Might score as an elf captain, and you can squeeze 3 or 4 more models in...or give some knights bows & shields (they have expert rider, just like RoR, so they get the shield's defense bonus). Or take a tougher Rohan hero like Erkenbrand or Eomer, and get an extra Might point.
