would a balrog leading 7 dwellers in the dark be ok if we did end up doing warbands?

Looks like warband will win - and I'd like to paint hunter orcs on fell wargs. However, I refuse to pay A$70 for a single miniature so I can have Yazneg or Fimbul as the 'hero'. Can the challenge rules be more flexible so people aren't priced out of competing?

I am happy to paint all 6 hunter orcs if this is acceptable - or can I use a named hero from my orc or uruk collection?

Edge - use a named hero from uruk/orc collection or convert a regular hunter orc into a captain - either way is fine.

Just going back to the fellowship rules, warbands aren't allowed more than 1 hero per warband - but are we making a special exception this one if somebody wants to do 8 fellowship members or does it have to be a proper warband? Just lining up my options, I have quite alot that needs painting!
