Looks fun, and I like your captain's names

I think most people would say:
1) fill out your warbands
2) mouth of sauron probably isn't great for his points

Main problem I see is your 5" movement. Without something faster to threaten flanks, and no bows to harry archers, your opponent will have an easier time choosing conflict points and whittling you down with their own bows.

While I resent GW's invention of the Shadowlord, he might be a better choice for your army. Put him on a horse, not a fell beast, skip the mouth, and throw in some wargs, warg riders, other cavalry like morgul knights, or a shade.

I would drop the second shamen for durburz. Other than that Whafrog's advice is good. You need something fast, or bows, or something to counteract bows. I would drop the mouth of Sauron too. I think he should be used more, and is better than most peoiple think; but I don't think he fits in with this army.

There are a few strategic linchpins in this list, I wanted to try something different from my usual horde.
I wanted to use as many magic users as physically possible, with this list I have 2 shamen to really benefit from Groblog's rule giving me 5+ fury saves with my Gundabad shield wall who, lets not forget have S4 and D6, and with my blackshield shaman go on item hunt, and with this many spell casters the undying is virtually indestructible
As far as the MOS is concerned i usually never use him, but his purpose will be to complement the undying, charging targets of interest and quick flanking manoeuvres
in my first list there were the following differences:
a budget wraith M2/W7/F2
a dweller in the dark
and four more spear gobos

The reason I took a fell beast is because i was 25 pts short of a dweller, and it add a good deal of flexibility and brute strength to bring which i admit this army lacks simply because i wanted magic not monsters, to top it off i havn't yet had an opportunity to play with my fell beasts yet.

I seldom ever ally warg riders being that they are very fragile and do no benefit from my fury, I don't use shades for 3 reasons, they are 100 pts, they are limited in range and they are likely to run when broken(and to top it off i hate the models)
and lastly i would take a shaman over durburz any day especially with groblog i never usually get to breaking point and if i do i never suffer deserters as the shamen simply do not allow that (what with fury and all).

So in the end I decided to replace MoS as transfix has been nerfed and replaced him with a Dweller in the dark
