Azog and the White Warg - superb!
Haradhrim are tough to paint as many of the GW schemes are a bit too pink/purple for me. I advise spending some time watching the relevant parts of TTT and RotK, or taking a long look at the images in framecaplib as I think the blacks and yellow/brown part of the palette needs more emphasis - this distinction also helps if you are fielding Easterlings as their red/gold schemes would be more distinctive. I remember seeing a beautiful Haradhrim army painted in paler, Bedouin scheme but I have no idea where that was done - maybe by a member of the One-Ring.
This is the sort of thing I mean regarding the Harad palette -

Glad to be of any help - and good luck with the painting!

That is without doubt the best painted Azog I've seen, totally trumps the GW version - absolutely stunning work.

I'm hoping to get mine done in about a month and will be trying to emulate this! :yay:

Tree! I am no tree! I am an Ent.

TreeBeard is finished (except Merry and Pippin).
Now I'm ready for the new The Hobbit miniatures

Nice work here Werner. The tone of bark on Treebeard is very authentic.

It has just dawned on me that Treebeard's face is a stylised version of John Howe.
Why has it taken me all these years to spot that???
It was this excellently painted and photographed mini that brought about this moment of enlightenment.
