Ok so rather than hijack the new release thread answering questions on this I've started a new thread here in the suppliers forum.

As I mentioned there, I'm running down each product line down to zero, which means all that's left is what's showing on the website. I have neglected it far too long with nothing new since 2010. I'm so busy with commission work that I just don't get time to work on new products, even though I have plenty of ideas. Commission work is great as there are very little overheads and usually the minis are one offs so I have the freedom of not worrying about how the thing will mould or cast.
Producing minis needs a lot of investment, in both time and finance. It's a lot for one person.

Will the casts be oop forever? Maybe not. I'm pursuing a new venture with another like minded individual that may see them return under a new brand name, but just when that will happen isn't yet clear. Real life issues keep popping up that create frustrating delays.

In the interim I would like to thank everybody who purchased minis from me or encouraged me to start up in the first place. It is somewhat comforting knowing that hundreds of people around the world are having fun with something I created. Cheers folks!

Ah. UKFB - your tree giants are things of arboreal beauty and bucholic character. I am glad to have a few of them ready to smite orcs and their masters.
The very best of luck with Project XXXX.

Good luck with your future endeavour. If the famed bear ever does go back in to production you can consider at least one sold before the event!

Yes, the very best of luck! Again, if the channel can do anything to help in the future, we'd love to. Especially showcasing your work! Actually looking for a sculptor who can make me some decent casts for future use so I'll wait out in the meantime but certainly head to you first when it comes to that commission :)

Please keep your bear in production. When Beorn the Bear comes out and everyone sees that the pose is so unrealistic, everyone will want one like yours.

What a pitty! Don't you think you would get a lot of orders right now? You could let those orders cast and then stop your website, couldn't you? Then everybody would be happy. :-D Those who get the last MajesticBear miniatures and (normally) the one, who earns the money, so you.

I don't cast the minis myself. I would have to order them in and pay up front. I don't have the capital right now on top of Christmas and the UK fire service strikes unfortunately.

I know, you gave me the adress of your caster.

That is really sad, I and some friends of mine would have loved to buy some of your ents. I wish nothing but the best for you in future and I am seriously curious about your project xxx.

Inspired me to start my Birch Tree, just assembled and undercoated.
Hope to see the models available again soon.

Hmm, this is a pity, well a mixed blessing perhaps. I've never been interested in Ents or Beorn so never had reason to buy anything from you, but I've always admired your work. Hope all goes to plan with your new business partner.

I have just visited your website, and the miniatures are just stunning! Particularly the Birch Tree Giant and Bear & Woodsman Twinpack. Hope you will make them available once again in the future. Good luck with you new project!
