That was intentional, I was showing my recent work as a teaser/proof pics, alot of people find it hard to believe that I have such a large ent army! I will post some close-ups in good lighting very soon Thank you for your comments, hopefully you will like what is to come

You gotta love Ents (baroom!) Nice conversion work on Treebeard - I like to see variations. It was always a thought in the back of my mind - what if an Ent and Huorn army had marched further afield and gone after Sauron and his armies. I think even mumakil would have been freaked out at the sight of an angry forest bearing down on them. But that never happened. Nothing to stop people coming up with it as a battle scenario though

No it isnt finecast, my ents are mainly made from the metal treebeard model and I just add various bits from the plastic and metal ents plus lichen/static-grass to give different appearances

Oooh its been a while! Too busy setting up shops n forcing the missus to push babies out.. when the dust has settled though; finally back to some hobbying

Firstly I'd like to thank Coen of TLA for the inspiration behind this creation, he used a Heroes of the West Gandalf model to make his own Easterling War priest and I loved it! Funnily enough I had a headless HOTW Gandalf in my bitz box so I thought I'd have a little go at something similar myself...

I decided I didn't like the banner on the war priest staff so I later removed it, here is a pic alongside my Khandish Chieftain slight conversion..

My next pic (terrible quality, I know, but I never was good with a camera!) is another khandish chieftain conversion, using a charioteer model and a rohan bow arm..

And finally my 9 converted watchers of karna to squad up with the original 3..




Now I just need to find time and motivation to paint

Ent photos will be uploaded this week i might actually try paint 1 before the new year if i finish preparing januarys projects. Ents are always a treat to paint! Watch this space...
