Here, in Spain it's holidays (Semana Santa... "Saints Week"), so I have some time to paint...

I must work in the wings yet, but they're near finished. About the body it has only a couple of hours only so I'll take me a long time...

That is looking great Karavatis. Increasing the shade in the wings will help this stand out. The colour scheme you have gone for is perfect.

Here's a proof picture for the Halbarad I am entering - my apologies, I forgot to take a proof picture right at the beginning of painting. you can see him here with a green basecoat and some other things, but still much black primer remains all over the model. Finished pictures coming soon.

Looks like another busy (and high quality) month! First isn't a surprise given the 'restrictions' this time, and judging by the past challenges, the second isn't exactly a miracle either.

Might as well give it a shot as well, took a proof pic a while back, and managed to finish the little guy in the one free afternoon I had as well. Had a look at some Norse dwarves, but will probably go with a Norse divine name instead: Vidur (a title he'll hopefully live up to).

Some fantastic entries as always. Completed my Gildor in the first week, yet I took no pics before I flew off to Germany. Anyway, I get back Tuesday which should give me time to snap some pics (if I remember).
