Here is my finished eagle.

daersalon the warriors of arnor look great, i really like the turquoise you've used. Are the white patterns on the tunics freehand? If so good job.

Wonderful Eagle Huorn, nice colours. That's something I have missed with all my main focus on evil, the brighter colours. Good to see the mighty eagle ready to strike.

Yes the white lines were freehand, and I was cussing and not as happy with the result as I know I could have been because I was using a new brush which turned out to have 'splititis'. But still I am happy. One month down.. 11 to go...

Daersalon, the turquoise of the tunics and the orange-brown of the bases complement each other really nicely. Well done!

The eagle looks really good too. Must have been a lot of work to get all those details done so neatly. Are you planning to sand and paint the base or keep it transparent?

I still have five wood elves left for the weekend, but hopefully I have now found a good batch-painting process for them.

Very nice Wood Elfs Valpas. Question, will you be changing the title from Tale of 20 Painters each month if less than 20 enter?

Here's my entry. I was a bit pressed for time on these so I didn't get them as complete as I would have liked.

Now to start thinking about December..

Here's a WiP from earlier in the month. Still need to touch up some of their bases before I can take completed pics. I hope you'll forgive me, it's been a busy month with NaNoWriMo.

Those running slightly later is fine this month. I myself have to bow out already (as you will have noticed from my lack of entry).

Unfortunately (or fortunately in the case of business) I am incredible busy as of late with work. So much so I've had to call off my planned holiday next week so we have enough bodies to distribute to the Middle East for a big contract and still have enough cover for our UK clients.

As such, I definitely am not going to be able to compete for the next few months. I will continue things for you guys though of course.

Some great entries, I look forward to seeing what December brings.

:)

This is what I'll be painting up for December:

12 Warriors of Minas Tirith, and a converted fountain guard who I'm thinking of using as a Captain of Men

I will paint the captain this month, he's the one at the right, behind the banner bearer. Then I'll have a small warband ready for battlefield.

Here's my finished November entry. Swapped in a Captain and Banner halfway through the month.

Still need to work on camera skills but getting better. Colour scheme is quartered (which you probably can't tell from the photos), meaning the black and blue swap sides on the sleeves.
