I hope he didn't burn your christmas tree (or indeed: house) to a cinder yet!

No presents in this household, but I did 'get' some nice free time to paint my Winter challenge entry.

Hobby wise I got Alfrid, Gundabad orc captian Bard the bowman, girion's heir and €40 worth of gift vouchers for the Iron Hills dwarves whenever they come out. I also got GTA V for the PS4 and some underwear. :D Got some lovely Christmas gifts and it seems you to with Smaug :o. And a Merry Christmas to everyone!

Yes but knowing you Charles you will turn the coal into fantastic Raven Hill scenery

Touchdown, crowd goes wild.

Didn't get anything for me though I have some cash which I have two options.

1. Add this to my Smaug fund

2. Get the gorgeous Nocturna Lilith figure

Easy one Mally, Smaug fund, the Nocturna Lilith figure is pretty amazing though

Bhurhdur, 6 Clansmen of Lamedon, Blackroot Banner and Horn, Madril and Cirion, Durin and Mardin, Khazad Guard and a Dol Amroth foot knight Captain and Banner.

Also a pack each of the mirkwood infantry - but I already have six of each type of those, so I'm thinking of heading up to a GW store to swap them for their Laketown equivalents.

Two bloody big history books (The Anglo Saxon World, Nicholas Higham; and Augustus, Adrian Goldsworthy). Not because I'm studying history or anything, I'm just really fascinated with the two periods (Dark Age England and the Caesarion Era, Late Republican/Early Imperial Rome).

A box of Gripping Beast Dark Age Warriors for my Anglo Saxon SAGA force (they'll also make great Rohirrim peasants), and a ton of Gripping Beast metal bits (swords, spears, axes, shields, burning brands and tools - spades, picks, hammers, mattocks) for converting models. Mattock armed Dwarves, anyone? :D

And two trips to the cinema to see The Battle of Five Armies.

That is sweet.

I got a George Forman grill. But I got to spend the day watching my 4 year old rip open presents and play all day. She was worn out by 7 pm, but still hung in there a while to finally stop running full bore and watch some tv (first time it was on all day). Watching your kids at Christmas is definitely a gift. A little of  , a dash of  , tons of :D :-D 8)

For christmas, I got....

... off my backside and started trying to finish some models that've been sitting around, partially painted for two years. I also got some money to put towards a Smaug.
