If you haven't seen it, this is a hilarious parody. How many of us are just like the antagonist? What do you think the big reveal is? I'm guessing an airbrush revisit, especially since there are so many airbrushed models being put out by the 'Eavy metal team lately.

Pfft, sounds like me. I'm a notoriously slow painter, and that's IF I get around to painting in the first place. I'd hate the think the percentage of minis I have painted vs. unpainted.

Well, you know who would be the best contender for that reveal, right? :gandalf:

That would be awesome. There is a company who does have a set of grey scale paints, they have the set at my FLGS. I have seen a few models painted this way, and they totally evoke film noir. I think this is beyond my skill set, but if there was a tutorial, I'd totally try it. I'd have to paint a detective, though. :)

I'm hoping the reveal is pre-primed miniatures. Deep Cuts by Wiz-Kids comes primed with Vallejo white, however these are one piece minis. The dragons in this line are particularly noteworthy. If you're looking for a dragon to fight your dwarves, you could certainly do worse.
