This morning I did a bit more work on one of the claws. This afternoon, I tried an alternative method for the teeth.

Gimli's axe is no match for these scimitars.

This morning I fiddled around with the eyes a bit. Not sure yet but it looks ok.

I am quite happy with the texture of the wing membrane. It looks tough and leathery.

The wing membrane? It took me an age to individually sculpt each crease and wrinkle. :wink:

Actually it was far simpler. Last night I was considering how I might give a leathery feel to the wings. To start with, a book-binding caught my attention but, in the end, I decided on using a plastic bag. It was very easy! I just pressed the crinkly bag into the surface of the soft putty.
