Lots of people got frustrated at him, corrected him, thought he was annoying....myself included...though I never thought he'd take it this far. I'm just glad the situation was resolved and the competiton was unheeded.

Back on topic, let's see some more ents people! There's been some fantastic stuff so far, I demand more! I wish I could've competed as well, unfortunately my paintstation is already strewn with conservatively a dozen unfinished projects Maybe next month.

I have an unpainted Treebeard that I need to get done to help support my Wood Elves. I doubt I will finish him before the end of the month (I have a couple more Companies of Wood Elves I'm working on right now) but maybe I can use this as a catalyst to start him at least. I'll try to post up some bare-metal shots shortly.

@ Durin the Deathless. It seems like you can't use the [ img ] code for pictures in the OR Gallery (something that took me about a month to figure out). So I have tried to do the next best thing an added the URL code to them instead. If you want to add images to your posts you need to use an image hosting site like Photbucket, Flickr or similar and then use the image codes.

I like him better than the one i started making but never finished.

BizareWarstar I really like it. I like the how the stone looks like its part of a pillar and the other arm looks burnt.
Also the akward positioning of the legs works great. Very impressed.

EDIT: Hmm perhaps the throwing arm is a little too short, but nonetheless still very good.

In LoME (i don´t know with WoTR) in the Dol Goldur army list one of the warrior types is a black hearted tree. It´s probably some evil ent or something
