Did some greenstuff work!
Gave my corsair captian an eyepatch and also a hook! Now he's a pirate

Also I'm using Cirdan as my Stormcaller until I get one. He sort of looks like a sith lord with a hood

on a serious note, they are both great conversions. for reasons i won't bother to explain, i now have three cirdans and two unarmoured celeborns. now i have a use for them! hehe

Spent the evening turning my elven blades into some sort of elven blade spear thing

I only use them at my store, they don't mind

So the list is now 20 spears with throwing weapons, 10 archers and a stormcaller.

I love how you did the metal on Amdur. What is that background you're using for the Photograph? A piece of gradiated paper?

and those glaives on the wood elves look like real glaives now!! they remind me a bit of japanese naginata/nagamakis

Amdur looks great very realistic and that wood elfs look very danger with that kind of weapons the first time I get afraid of wood elfs.

Very nice, clean work. Personaly I'd add up a bit of contrast to the red, highlighted it a bit more on edges, also give a wash to saber, you can see now transition of colours.

One thing you should keep an eye for are mould lines, there is one nast right on the edge of the saber

They're from the warhamer basing kit I believe, one of the staff gave me the brass sheet of leaves aaages ago, I remember thinking to myself "I'll never use those"

very nice painting, the pirate and Cirdan conversions are fantastic, a big difference using such subtle means is great to see.
