i could use some advice building a dwarf army, i dont have khazad guards and the balista.
i'm fighting mordor and isengard and have rohan as my ally.

Can you list what dwarves and what rohan you do have. That way we know what you have to work with.

Are you going for Khazad-Dum, Erebor, or Durin's Folk?

at the moment i don't know what figures you have so i can't help much.
i would advise using gimli as your hero if you have got him as he is only 90 points or use another named hero like balin .
then add a group of dwarf warriors(about 20 - 30 with shield or 2h weapon plus a banner if you have one)
then add about 8 dwarf archers and whatever elites you have.

I'd say it's defo worth getting some Khazad Guard. Getting Balin's guard bow set is great if you haven't already got Balin. The ballista isn't essential but might be worth getting if you're considering bigger armies.
