ive already got a harad army for sbg but im thinking of making it into a wotr army (but still using it for sbg ) but i would like to start an angmar army(wotr) so basically continue harad or start angmar

When you say forgotten kingdoms do you mean fallen realms???

I'd use Fallen Realms. They're much easier to collect due to lots of choice and a number of plastic sets, unlike Angmar have not much variety and even less available models.
