Well, I don't actually. I lap around both flanks of the Dwarves with my Orc horde. If I can gang up on the Dwarves in the flanks with 3 to 1 ratio then you will slowly grind them to dust. Of course you'll need plenty of orcs for this. If you don't like this idea try a troll or two.

Which troll should I pick up? A Mordor, or a cave troll?

A Mordor troll.

Then make a Mordor Troll Chieftain and you got yourself a great killing machine.

That may be too many points for an all uruk-hai army.

Well, going on the advice that I was given recently regardinhg Trolls in Isengard Armies I would be hesitant to take one, let alone two. In a competitive gaming environment it doesn't look like you would get much of a bang for your buck, with such good basic troops available I think you want to maximise the numer of those high fight and high defense stat lines out there on the board. Have a troll, they are frun, but two is quite a bit of money and I don't think you'd get much gaming performance out of them. But it's up to you :).

I would remove one troll from your list, and in it's place add a combination of some Wargs, some more bowmen and a Berserker or two. That should in theory be a fairly balanced list with plenty of painting potential as a bonus. Again I'm no expert so I'm going with my gut here :).

Will.

How about this:
Saruman the White [170]
Grima Wormtongue [25]
16Uruk-hai Warriors w/ Shields [160]
16 Uruk-hai Warriors w/ Pikes [160]
17 orcs w spear. (102)
22 Orcs w. bow (132)

749 points, 73 units, 3 might, 22 shots

I think thats a much stronger list. You have 2 volleys, strong front line that is capable of 3 attacks due to the large amount of support. THe orcs I think are necessary to be a meat shield for the pikes and for cheap support. That should pretty much tear through anything. Lacks might but you can work around that, if you really want you can drop some guys and add ugluk or whoever you prefer. I dont think the trolls are worth it, especially with the amount of points you are spending on heroes. If you are really attached to the troll idea you could get one in here by reducing the numbers a bit.

Trolls can be fun, but often they die long before the fun bit. Large numbers of orcs are more useful than they first appear to be. And seeing a mass orcs charging down the board scares the pants off an opponent.
