A warg has 2 resilience. If a warg company receives 3 wounds/hits, one warg is killed but does the second warg has one resilience left?

We also play that the third wound/hit is lost. We just want to know it for sure.

This is correct, the hit is lost, as explained on p.40 of the rulebook.
