If you're going to take Legolas, I'd recommend replacing Haldir with Rumil. He's cheaper and it's nice to have a strong combat hero. You probably don't need two powerful bowmen.

I see you don't want to raise the bow count, but I doubt you're going to get much out of the blades. Maybe 4-6 blades is enough, and the others can be bowmen. Having enough bows to volley (10) can help quite a bit early in the game.

Just so you're forewarned, wood elves can be tricky to play. The lack of armour means you have to be very crafty and make the most of terrain, using your spears to shield when necessary, etc.

I also normally go with elves with throwing weapons, and elves with spears, but no elves with blade. I personally don't like paying for the elven blades, but it's a matter of opinion. I would definitely put the throwing weapons on your front liners though, not on your spearmen.

I understand your intent in equipping only 6 archers with bow, you plan on letting haldir and legolas' 5 shots compensate for low numbers of archers but that won't work as well as you'd think, if you max out on bows, this list will do much better, you could have 11 archers+5 shots from haldir and legolas which would dominate your shooting and you would still be winning loads of fights.

The only suggest i woudl do would be to switch the elven cloaks for two elves...

Nice list but with 7 points left you could give a couple elves some throwing weapons, though that may be an inconvinient remembering which elves have them though.
