I've decided that because I have three evil armies painted.. that I need to get a good army done!

So I've decided to paint my Knights of Minas Tirith next, the force will be:

500 Pts - The Tower of Ecthelion Roster

Hero (1#, 95 pts)
. . 1 Faramir, 95 pts (Hand Weapon; Lance; Bow; Heavy Armour)
. . . . 1 Horse

Guard (8#, 128 pts)
. . 8 Citadel Guard, 128 pts (Bodyguard; Hand Weapon; Longbow; Heavy Armour)
. . . . 8 Horse

Cavalry (17#, 238 pts)
. . 17 Knights of Minas Tirith, 238 pts (Hand Weapon; Lance; Shield; Heavy Armour)
. . . . 17 Horse

Cavalry (1#, 38 pts)
. . 1 Knights of Minas Tirith, 38 pts (Hand Weapon; Heavy Armour; Banner)
. . . . 1 Horse


Total Roster Cost: 499


So an entire cavarly army, and even some decent shooting that won't run away as long as Faramir is alive!

Yay Gondor! Please convert the citedal guard on horse back because you will do a lovely job on them. Im not sure how effective it would be but it is very fluffy.

Creative digital media, which is a mix between graphics, web design and arty stuff. I specialise in making graphics and websites look pretty at the moment :D

looks great, reminds me of the exercise i had to do a year ago. I had to work from a book form, but wasn't allowed to take something there was already a movie of... :( I took the "donjon" comic book. I really should learn flash properly lol. I only can use after effects decently. Keep it up!

Not done anything lotr related for AGES :(
However today that changed as I decided to make some bat swarms for my spider army.

Instead of bats I used a bit of citadel tree with spiders crawling around in it :) Will post some pictures tomorrow!

Just checked out your entire WIP. Your spiders are amazing, along with everything else, but especially that giant size one. Should call that one Ungoliath from Silmarillion.
