No worries at all. It was only a skin basecoat - which is easily redone. Here's the new proof:

Will that work?

Do you know if the white hand is a left or right hand, If you don't mind my asking? Obviously, it's upside down, but I never could tell.

If you look carefully on this picture:

You can just make out the thumb on the right side of the face (our right, Lurtz's left), so the hand used to make the white hand was the right hand.

In the first movie there is a scene of UrukHai placing the white hand on other Uruks. They show it being done with one hand and two. Meaning that there could very easily be a left white hand. Lurtz happens to have a right handed one as Jake has shown.

Quick and good work, Elland!

Here is my update, the skin and metals are now painted. I'm wondering if I should repaint the metals with a bit lighter colours. They range now from "Tin Bitzish" basecoat (own mix of brass and black) with black wash to roughly "Bolgunish" metal (mixed it myself from silver) as edge highlights. Maybe repaint with more Boltgun highlights and Chainmail edging?

Excellently done so far Pasi, the face in particular.

I personally prefer darker looking metals for the Uruk-Hai, so I think yours looks great. But if you feel you need to go an extra stage lighter, go for it, I'm sure it'll look just as good :)

Very nice Elland, the basing looks great and the white hand has been done perfectly.
