I was trying out my Gondorian Knights the other day and was wondering... Do knocked down models have any disadvantage in the fight? Like a -1 to their roll? What if they win? Do they strike normally?

No penalty, if they win they get up, but not strike. If the model has a shield it's a perfect time to use it since they can't strike to wound anyway.
