 Post subject: Enchanted Cloaks as a "Screen"?

I am trying to figure out if Enchanted Cloaks will work as a screen.

Two formations: One with (A) Enchanted Cloaks, one (B) without.
Formation (B) is directly behind, and completely blocked by (A).

Shooting enemy formation (C) is 13" from it's target.
Enchanted Cloaks (A): Cannot be shot from over 12".
All formations are on same level of battlefield.

Shooting enemy formation (C) cannot shoot at formation (A).
Can formation (B) be the new target?
