In every book up till now, Glorfindel has caused terror. In the new warbands books, he doesn't. I'm assuming this is wrong, as his description is that even ringwraiths are afraid of him.

do we have a place to submit these "bugs"?

I believe hithero has been compiling a FAQ on the LastAlliance website, that should be one of the entries. Looks like Erestor gained Terror when he used to not have it. Personally I always thought he should have it, but it looks more like they just transposed something in the document.

Has to be a typo. How can Erestor be scary, but Glorfindel isn't?

Well there is a hint that Erestor is one of the Noldor so he could cause terror but that doesn't mean Glorfindel couldn't. Both should have it.

Who cares if Erestor is a Noldor (though I do agree with you, most everyone at the Council of Elrond should cause terror, even and especially Sam) Glorfindel slew a Balrog, came back after death and scared off 5 Nazgul, TWICE!

to continue on draugluin's piont, glorfindel is a ball of blinding light to all who can see it (nazgul, sauron, wights ect) how on middle-earth is that not scary.
