I've noticed in the new Fallen Realms book there is no restriction on taking Saruman and Grima and Sharkey and Worm, meaning you can have all four of them at the same time, is this a mistake?

In the first few pages where it describes how many models you can take, thre is a part where it says you can only take 1 of each character in your army.

I know, but for characters such as Sauron and the Necromancer it notes they are the same, it does not note the same with Saruman and Sharkey.

But everyone who has a little feeling for theme wouldn't use them both, and I hope all gamers have that bit of feeling

I guess you missed the post where someone suggested that Sauron and Smaug should take part in the Battle of Five Armies

But Smaug and Sauron aren't the same people, though. So it would make sense (in game) to bring both if you want an extra uber-monster.
