Okay so, the Scorpion's Sting rule says that a Harad force may have 1/2 bows if I include certain warriors in my force (or an allied contingent in my force).

So if I wanted to include Mahud or Corsairs (which aren't in the list of warriors), could I have a Harad force with only the warriors allowed allied with a force with Mahud or Corsairs in it, and have the 1/2 bow limit in the one which can take it?

I severly doubt this is possible, but was just wondering if I'd missed something...

No you cannot. Which is the whole point. You can only have one Harad nad Umbar contigent, and if you have any Mahud, Corsairs or Black Numenoreans then you cannot have 50% bows.

UNLESS you have the black numenorians with a MORDOR hero. So are in a different contingent.
